This module is particularly relevant from strategic feasibility, decision making and process vs. radical configuration perspectives.

  • Predicting the effects of strategy implementation.
  • Judging the effectiveness of pre-existing systems, structure and culture in operationalising strategy.
  • Resolving strategic issues pertaining to implementation.
