GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Management training courses are open to all professionals. CPD-Philanthropy encourages cross-sectoral learning as far as professionals themselves find useful. CPD-Philanthropy offers various 3.5 to 6 hour bespoke training course modules within the area of day to day Management  and Professional Skills.  

Course module descriptors state indicative aims, learning outcomes, content  and relevance. Same will be adjusted to suit the particular context of the training intervention. Minimum numbers apply for bespoke training. Within the broader Management category we offer the following courses:

It considers principles underpinning creativity, perception and development while highlighting avenues for organising innovation. It is particularly relevant for those wishing to enhance innovative and creative capabilities within organisations and at individual level.

It considers operations management from strategic, business and functional perspectives. The module is particularly relevant from operations design, management and improvement perspectives.

This short module introduces monitoring/controlling and evaluation within a project cycle management framework. It considers the interplay between monitoring and evaluation in terms of both content and consistency. It is particularly relevant from appraisal, qualitative and/or quantitative performance management perspectives.
