MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Management training courses are open to all professionals. CPD-Philanthropy encourages cross-sectoral learning as far as professionals themselves find useful. CPD-Philanthropy offers various 3.5 to 6 hour bespoke training course modules within the area of day to day Management  and Professional Skills.  

Course module descriptors state indicative aims, learning outcomes, content  and relevance. Same will be adjusted to suit the particular context of the training intervention. Minimum numbers apply for bespoke training. Within the broader Management category we offer the following courses:

This short module introduces the cornerstones of managing marketing from understanding customers and marketing strategy, to customer satisfaction. It considers consumer/buyer behavioural factors, emotion, product/service positioning, managing relationships among other things. This module is of particular relevance from value creation, marketing strategy and growth perspectives.

CSR and Reputation Management  (Click link for more information)

This short module introduces ‘corporate social responsibility’ CSR and its underlying assumptions as an important element of business strategy. It considers CSR frameworks, CSR principles and codes in the wider context of brand identity and reputation management. This module is of particular relevance from stakeholder management, competitive advantage, marketing and public relations perspectives.
