In a rapidly evolving and complex world these are important questions. Scenario planning is a technique used to understand and prepare for an uncertain future. Applied by both stakeholders and management from large corporations down to governments and communities, the goal is to make better decisions.
This module will introduce you to the practice of scenario planning. It will give you the tools to understand how the future can evolve and how to reach a desired future.
