The Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Act 2021 (the Act) was signed on 18 March 2021 and commenced in April 2021. This amends the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 (the 2010 Act) and transposes the Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (5AMLD) into Irish law.
