Developments in Insolvency Law – An update 2024

This one-hour lecture deals with recent developments in the law of insolvency. The lecture gives an update on Superior Court cases which arose in 2024 in the context of  reckless trading, unfair preference , SCARP threshold, redundancies in liquidation, examinership misconduct, immovables rule and the rules around the substitution of a Petitioner in a winding up.
