What are chattels?  This one-hour lecture focuses on Personality, which divides into chattels real -leasehold interests in land, and chattels personal, which are everything else. The lecture deals with the difference between choses in action and choses in possession. The lecturer focuses on the legal concepts of Ownership of Goods, Transfer of Title and Gifts and it analyses the significant case law in the area.
