Managing Lay Litigants

In recent years, the Courts have seen a rise in the number of litigants representing themselves in person. This situation often occurs in debt collection cases, repossession, property law, landlord and tenant case, employment law and family law. This one hour module deals with the difficulties faced by lawyers dealing with lay litigants. The lecture  will cover the following topics:
