This one-hour lecture deals with the duties, obligations and responsibilities of lawyers towards vulnerable clients, in light of The Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act 2015 (as amended). The lecture focuses on the strict measures set out in legislation as well as recent Circuit & High Court decision. The lecturer covers specific issues relating to Circuit Court Capacity applications.
