Caveats & Citations are relics of the practice of the ecclesiastical Courts. They survive to the present day because they are useful tools for the practitioner. This one hour lecture explores the history and evolution of the law on caveats and citations and explains when and how to use them. It also gives a clear overview on the six different types of citations and sets out the uses of each.
