Professional Negligence – An update

This lecture sets out the relevant legal principles in relation to professional negligence actions. It covers the various rules on statutory time periods for issuing proceedings and it sets out the law in relation to aggravated damages. The lecture also deals with the procedures adopted for striking out a negligence action for want of prosecution.
