Banking and Insolvency Developments – An update December 2020

The onset of the global pandemic saw a number of companies going into examinership. Covid 19 also caused the introduction of the Companies (Misc Provisions) (Covid 19) 2020. This one hour lecture covers some of the  legal issues which arose in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency as a result of Covid19 and it analyses some of the recent case law in the area.
