Medical Negligence – An update December 2020

With an increasing number of cervical cancer cases coming before the Courts, there has been much development in this area of law in the past year and a number of Judgments have been handed down from the Superior Courts. Furthermore, there have been other developments in relation to delayed diagnosis cases, which will be of relevance to any practitioner who deals with medical negligence law.
