Probate – Recent Developments – An update December 2020

This one hour lecture covers some of the procedural changes which have been brought about by the new SA2 Form, which replaces the Inland Revenue Form, and deals with matters which must be included in same. The lecture also analyses some recent High Court cases on the topics of co-habitation and revocation of Wills.
