This one hour lectures deals with some of the recent case law in the area of professional ethics and regulation for Solicitors. The lecture will analyse the cases in terms of the principles set out therein and the consequences of such cases for solicitors. The lecture will assess how solicitors might improve their own practices, taking the dicta set out in the case law into account.
