The last 10 years have seen a marked increase in the use of Receivers. This one hour lecture will discuss the development in this area of law.

The lecture covers a number of topics, including:

  • What is a receiver?
  • What powers does a receiver enjoy?
  • When can they be used?
  • Common issues in Receiver disputes.
