The Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 / Section 150 Notices

With the commencement of several sections of the LSRA 2015, in October 2019, new obligations have been placed on Legal Practitioners in relation to notifying clients regarding fees and detailed Bills of Costs. Furthermore, there are new disciplinary procedures in place for all members of the legal profession, along with changes to the complaints procedure. This one-hour lecture covers the latest changes to the Act.
