Managing Disputes in the Workplace

This one-hour lecture focuses on bullying, harassment & sexual harassment issues. It gives an overview of the Regulatory Provisions and explains the law on how to deal with the recipient of the behaviour and how to deal with the (alleged) perpetrator of the behaviour.

The lecture covers a number of topics, including:
